• Tool requests: describe the workflow you are trying to solve and why existing tools on the site do not cover it.
• Privacy questions: see our Privacy Policy first, it may already answer your question.

We aim to reply within two business days for support messages, bug reports, and tool requests. Partnership and web development inquiries may take slightly longer if they need a detailed scope review. If your message is urgent, for example, a privacy concern or a broken tool affecting production work, put "urgent" in the subject line so we can prioritize it.
